Unique Properties
This design incorporates a bold accent color not only adding visual interest but also highlighting the date and day-in-week mark, which run in an arch connecting to the time index, creating a visually striking spiral effect. In addition to the accent color, the watch features a second counter in the center, providing an alternative way to read the seconds in addition to the traditional second hand.

Production Technology
The design is produced on Facer.io. It has a design tool to let designers fulfil their ideas. Once the design is finished, just publish it directly from there, and the user can sync the design from Facer.io.
Design Challenge
No challenge. When the inspiration arrives, everything was running smoothly.
Project Duration
The project started and finished in February 2024 in Singapore.
Operation Flow
The design is released on Facer.io. To download it, go to www.facer.io/u/artalex. Look for the name starting with “Simple Code IV“, and click the big blue button to sync into your smartwatch (You need to have Facer app installed on your smartwatch).
Research
Not much research. It is evolved from the previous design, the feeling comes out promptly.
Inspiration
The design evolved from the previous generation called Simple Code II. In this design, I not only simplified more on the elements, keeping it more towards minimalism, but also added one complication which allows user customization, meanwhile, I want to make it easier to catch attention and also easy to read the time.
