The Flore collection features a single-seat sofa and side table, both designed with soft, flowing curves and transparent glass to create a sense of lightness. The sofa's rounded shape embraces the user like a blooming flower, offering a comforting, dreamlike retreat. The side table, with its gentle contours, serves as both a functional surface and a striking decorative object.

Each Flore piece is crafted using advanced glass-blowing techniques by skilled artisans. The glass is carefully heated to a malleable state and then shaped using both free-hand blowing and mold techniques to achieve its fluid, organic form. The gradient effect is achieved through a precise layering process, ensuring a seamless transition of color. The supporting structure is subtly integrated, providing strength without compromising the purity and lightness of the design. Every piece is a testament to the mastery of glass craftsmanship, blending modern artistry with traditional techniques.
The development of Flore overcame several challenges, including creating a seamless gradient color effect in glass, balancing aesthetic lightness with structural stability, and ensuring transparency while maintaining durability. The team innovated with traditional Venetian glass-blowing techniques, developing new methods to reinforce the glass without compromising its delicate appearance. Collaboration with master artisans and advanced technology helped merge craftsmanship with modern design, achieving a stunning yet functional piece.
The Flore project began in January 2023 in Venice, Italy, and was completed in June 2024.
Flore blends art and functionality seamlessly, offering versatility for different spaces. The single-seat sofa provides a perfect retreat, whether placed by a window for natural light reflections or in a cozy corner for a meditative break. The side table works as both a practical surface and a statement piece, enhancing the ambiance of any room with its soft glow. When placed together, the pieces create a harmonious composition, like a flower in full bloom, bringing tranquility and a touch of nature to any environment.
The creation of Flore involved extensive research into glass manipulation, balancing both the fragility and strength required for the design. The biggest challenge was achieving the perfect gradient effect while ensuring durability. The design team worked closely with master artisans, experimenting with various techniques and prototypes to perfect the color transition and structure. The result is a collection that redefines glass as both a material and a medium of organic expression, offering a fresh perspective on modern furniture design.
Flore is a dreamlike celebration of light and petals, capturing the delicate and graceful beauty of a flower in full bloom. Inspired by the soft glow of morning light on translucent petals, the glass material gives it a crystalline, ethereal quality, while the gradient pink tones mimic the natural unfolding of petals. The rounded, smooth forms evoke organic beauty, with each piece radiating a tranquil, poetic atmosphere that transforms any space into a serene haven.
