The project created a fairy tale that metaphorically describes the consultation process for those who are not familiar with counseling. The warm and comfortable atmosphere of fairy tales will be conveyed to those who use the service. This shows identity not only in material brand identity but also in UXUI interface.

Unique Properties
'Seotun-saram' means someone who is not skilled and used to, and our slogan means 'Everyone starts clumsily.' They made a fairy tale that expresses the process of counseling metaphorically for people who are not used to counseling. This fairy tale will be given to people who use this service.

They wanted to introduce people to qualified psych consultancy centers to help customers receive professional counseling services in a more secure environment.
Design Challenge
This is to keep the negative and difficult image of psychological counseling friendly and warm. And to provide accurate psych consultancy information.
Project Duration
The project started in April 2017 and finished in August 2018 in Republic of Korea.
Operation Flow
They wanted to enable clients to get skilled counseling in a safer setting.They tried to convey warmth and give the right direction for counseling. There are two characters in Seotunsaram. 'Seotun' is a counsellee who lost and wandering. 'Gobukki' is a slow but reliable counselor who accompanies him to the end. In addition, the warm paper texture, lyrical navy blue of the night sky, and hand-drawn icons make up our service. This is simple, but valuable work.
Research
There are two weaknesses in Korea's psychological counseling infrastructure. One is that anyone who doesn't have the right to run a counseling center, and the other is that the public has a negative perception of counseling. Although many people complain of psychological pain, policy is still incomplete and awareness is low. They wanted to introduce people to qualified psych consultancy centers to help customers receive professional counseling services in a more secure environment.
Inspiration
Seotun-saram is a service that connects a counselee with a professional counselor. In Korea, there is no right regulation on psychological counseling, so bad people can open counseling centers with certifications which are easy to obtain. With these problems persisted, people suffered from them, and perception of counseling became bad. They wanted people to get good counseling service through this and hoped their life to be warmer.
Project Overview
Seotun Saram Mobile UX UI has been a Iron winner in the Mobile Technologies, Applications and Software Design award category in the year 2019 organized by the prestigious A' Design Award & Competition. The Iron A' Design Award is awarded to good designs that meet the rigorous professional and industrial standards set by the A' Design Awards. This recognition is reserved for works that demonstrate a solid understanding of design principles and show creativity within their execution. Recipients of the Iron A' Design Award are acknowledged for their practical innovations and contributions to their respective fields, providing solutions that improve quality of life and foster positive change. These designs are a testament to the skill and dedication of their creators, showcasing their ability to address real-world challenges through thoughtful design.
