The logo can be used on many different types of packaging also in many places around the interior or even exterior of the store. Places could include cups, business cards, the store sign, menus or a pop up event. This will help create brand recognition.
Mao Xin Tea House was first construction in 1928 during the Japanese colonial period. It is a place that is Japanese designed where people can drink tea, learn to roast tea leaves, admire the local tea fields, and learn about tea culture. Which is why i felt that using Japanese inspired designs would help bring out the natural beauty of the surrounding area and architecture.
The Mao Xin tea house has produced four generations of tea farmers here in Taiwan. The Tseng family have been growing tea all the way from the Japanese colonial era to this day. The entire family has a very deep emotional connection to the local culture especially that involving tea and its Zen. It is an aspiration for the entire family to be able to continue passing this on to future generations.
