The NFC information input and acquisition technology used by this product is relatively mature. The inkjet printing technology and inductive binding function required by the printer can also meet the needs of high-quality, efficient and convenient exhibition printing.
How to apply this service system to different exhibitions and create uniqueness is the difficulty of this project.
Launched in Hangzhou, China from January 2023, it is keeping on revising service designs according to feedback from customers’ experiences.
Visitors can view products during the exhibition and add their favorites to their brochures through NFC technology. Personalized editing can be carried out for your own exhibition album, such as layout adjustment, label addition, emoji addition, etc. Meanwhile, personalized cover can be formed through the user's viewing route. When leaving, you can print the electronic brochure into a physical brochure
Furniture exhibitions often attract many furniture brands and visitors. To pursue the advantage of exposure, the brand often prints excessive promotional materials and distributes them to the visitors, which not only increases the burden in the process of watching the exhibition, but also the visitors couldn’t obtain the truly interesting and useful information from the complex and massive information. Most promotional materials are piled up, forgotten and discarded, resulting in waste. This project aims to improve the personalized experience and alleviate the waste of paper publicity materials.
In recent years, exhibitions have produced a lot of waste in face of disorder commercial competition and poor visitors' experience. We hope to take the exhibition brochure as the starting point, optimize the exhibition experience while reducing waste, so that the visitors can focus on the experience of the product itself in the process of browsing, also promoting the sustainability and green development of the exhibition industry.
