ArtBook for Moscow Polytech
ArtBook contains the results of the participants in the LADA 2050 future vision project. The design release is complex and filled with many different types of sketches and stages of modeling a conceptual mode of transport. The main task was to collect them in a complete and understandable publication. A complicated navigation system was created for ArtBook. Many info graphic elements, photos and drawings of the model, as well as photos of the stages of creating the finalist's car model, were developed and systematized.

For presentation at the First Moscow Design Biennale, it was decided to collect the results of the international competition Lada 2050 in ArtBook. The competition was organized in the form of teamwork, and in the ArtBook it was necessary to reveal all the stages of the competition.Thus, a complex of visual identification elements was created. The developed system of elements and color solutions reveals the tasks and design decisions of the Lada 2050 contest.

To create navigation, a sign system was proposed. Three sides of the cube in the projection were taken as the basis of the project sign, like the three design schools. These elements formed the basis for the creation of further signs of the navigation system. The primary color was the color of the finalist's vehicle model. To distinguish the participants from 6 teams, valves were proposed as mini content. They include participants, mini-models, team curators and a university. 20 internal titles contain illustrations of the phased process of creating and painting the final vehicle model.
Illustrations and sketches of 35 students were selected and systematized for the artbook. It explanation and preservation a new vision on how a future vehicle could look like. A precision and understandable heading system makes it easy to navigate through the publication. Its an attempt to answer questions that million people think about. How would the world change around us? What are the future technologies and materials? How will they affect the car appearance and the way we use it?
The project began in March 2017 in Moscow and ended in April 2017 in Moscow, and was exhibited at the First Moscow Design Biennale in April 2017. All the machines used in the ArtBook were prepared by students of MAMI, Academy named after Stieglitz and the Finnish University of Design in Lahti. Sponsor and ideological inspirer is Lada brand.
The competition Lada 2050 future vision project was conducted among 35 students from 3 universities. The ArtBook includes a description of the project, huge number of various types of sketches and stages of modeling a conceptual mode of transport. The navigation system has been created for the orientation of ArtBook using signs infographic. Internal bookmark half-title have been added for 6 teams for easier orientation. The last section is dedicated to the finalist model. The color scheme is based on the main color model finalist.
The main manifest of this project is based on three main words, that were the basis of all project: future, mobility, human. The appearance of the ArtBook was influenced by the final model of the vehicle, like sings to navigation system and used color scheme.
Project Lada 2050 future mobility vision is a new vision from students from 3 design schools together with Lada brand, on how a future vehicle could look like. Its an attempt to answer questions that millions of people think about. How would the world change around us? What are the future technologies and materials? How will they affect the car appearance and the way we use it?
Lada 2050 ArtBook has been a Bronze winner in the Print and Published Media Design award category in the year 2019 organized by the prestigious A' Design Award & Competition. The Bronze A' Design Award is given to outstanding designs that showcase a high degree of creativity and practicality. It recognizes the dedication and skill of designers who produce work that stands out for its thoughtful development and innovative use of materials and technology. These designs are acknowledged for their professional execution and potential to influence industry standards positively. Winning this award highlights the designer's ability to blend form and function effectively, offering solutions that enhance people's lives and wellbeing.
