Production Technology

Project Duration
The project will be launched in October 2020 and completed within three months. The design is completed in Jinan and the production is in Guilin.
Operation Flow
The new product packaging innovation is more simple and environmentally friendly. At the same time, the outer cover of the large bottle can be used as a small container, which is marked with the capacity scale, so that consumers can use it more accurately and will not cause the secondary pollution of the mouthwash. The small bottle design is that when the mouthwash is used up, the liquid in the large bottle can be poured into the small bottle, which is convenient for consumers to travel, easy to carry, and the small bottle can be reused.
Research
Through the Internet big data, we found that young people are the main buyers of mouthwash. Young people like products that are more concise, environmentally friendly and portable. They think about the characteristics that young consumers pay attention to in the design. The whole product is simple and fashionable, with environmental protection and portability
Inspiration
The structure of mouthwash products on the market is rigid and bulky, which is not in line with the aesthetic of young people on the Internet. It is very unsanitary to drink the mouthwash directly when using the products on the market. The large bottle has a separate cover with a capacity scale, which will not cause secondary pollution. At the same time, there is no small capacity bottle on the market. Designers have developed a 100ml small bottle, which is convenient for consumption and carrying.
