The main body is made of dirty-resistant metal ash, and the surface is environment-friendly and non-spraying ABS. After matted treatment, it can better face the complex and diverse harsh environment in the industrial scene. Internal integrated safety PLC, industrial computer, space grade switch, IO board, gyroscope, DC-D power is equal to one, which can not only reduce the comprehensive cost, but also improve the internal integration of the equipment, so that the space is more compact, electrical connection is simpler. SRC-3000FS meets the IP65 protection grade and supports the range of -50℃ to +100℃, ensuring the working performance in harsh environments.
The logistics automation needs vary from factory to factory. For industry attributes and industrial characteristics, accessibility and ease of use are considered as the two challenges in the design stage if this controller is expected to gain scale across a wide range of industries, due to wide differences of software system, automation degree and shop floor layout from factory to factory.
The project kicked off in Shanghai in April 2022, wrapped up in Shanghai in October 2022 and was brought to the global market in November 2022.
Backed by the robust internal algorithm, SRC-3000FS can meet the needs of non-standard products and support controllers for service robots, cleaning robots, hybrid robots, forklifts, container trucks, and drum winches, or expertly operates a variety of new robots such as CNC machines, benders, injection molding machines and other traditional industrial installations. The use with Roboshop permits user to quickly configure robot and efficiently automate traditional factories.
The modules currently available in the AGV market support safety features instead of navigation and other AGV features. To support AGV features, an additional navigation controller with complex electrical circuit, bulky size and unaffordable price is required. Seer integrates essential safety features based on the SLAM navigation controller, implying AGV/AMR device doesn’t need safety PLC anymore and optimizes cost at multiple levels.
The enormous potentials of unmanned forklift AGVs and mobile robots in turn provide opportunities for mobile robotics innovators. SEER’s mobile robot safety controller leverages hardware and software to boost development and provides integrators with mobile robot control brain that incorporates controller technology, navigation technology and software algorithms, fueling on the automation-to-intelligence transition of industrial manufacturing.
