研究难点在于,满足复杂的清洁任务,与工厂设备无缝对接,在不暂停生产操作的情况下完成清洁操作,自主避免,自动化工作站,整个过程无需人工干预。现在我们已经解决了上述问题,实现了批量生产。

Project Duration

项目将于2021年开始,2023年结束,中国辽宁沈阳

Operation Flow

操作流程如下,将清洁任务指令输入产品系统,机器人将自动开始工作,扫描工厂布局,生成全景图,并根据任务指令指定最优清洁方案,从而实现复杂清洁任务的高效全自动化处理。在清洁过程中,会遇到障碍物,工作人员会自动避开,以确保安全。

Research

专注于工业领域清洁操作的智能机器人,满足复杂的清洁任务。卫星清洁机器人的出现,将人们从繁琐危险的工业清洁作业中解放出来。它可以与工厂中的设备无缝连接,在不暂停生产操作的情况下完成清洁操作。星威莱机器人采用模块化设计理念,用户可以根据实际需求定制功能模块。

Inspiration

The emergence of the product liberated people from complex, cumbersome and dangerous industrial cleaning operations. Not only that, it can also cooperate with elevators, automatic doors and other equipment in the factory, especially IC equipment, new energy battery manufacturing, intelligent black light factory and other fields.

Project Overview

Socl Industrial Cleaning Robots has been a Bronze winner in the Robotics, Automaton and Automation Design award category in the year 2023 organized by the prestigious A' Design Award & Competition. The Bronze A' Design Award is given to outstanding designs that showcase a high degree of creativity and practicality. It recognizes the dedication and skill of designers who produce work that stands out for its thoughtful development and innovative use of materials and technology. These designs are acknowledged for their professional execution and potential to influence industry standards positively. Winning this award highlights the designer's ability to blend form and function effectively, offering solutions that enhance people's lives and wellbeing.
