The villa design represents a fusion of traditional Persian architectural features with modern sustainability practices. Its façade, featuring intricate tilework and arched openings, honors Persian craftsmanship, while the integration of green spaces and natural ventilation enhances its environmental performance. The building optimizes natural light and airflow, promoting a comfortable and energy-efficient living environment. AI design tools were employed to visualize and refine the project, ensuring a seamless integration of heritage and innovation.

constructed using eco-friendly materials like recycled concrete and low-carbon steel, the villa reflects a commitment to sustainability. Locally sourced ceramics are used for the façade, blending traditional craftsmanship with modern techniques. The building incorporates smart climate control systems and passive solar design for energy efficiency. The landscape is designed with native plants to promote biodiversity and conserve water. The design process leveraged AI technology to optimize material choices and spatial configurations for maximum environmental performance.
The primary challenge was integrating traditional Persian architectural elements with modern energy-efficient systems. Balancing ornamental features with sustainability required extensive research and iterative design processes. AI tools were crucial in testing and refining the design, helping to overcome obstacles related to material choices and climate adaptation. The final design successfully combines Persian architectural beauty with innovative solutions, creating a resilient and climate-responsive villa.
The project design in June 2024 for southern Iran. The villa is designed specifically for the hot climate of southern Iran, integrating sustainable features to ensure comfort and energy efficiency.
The layout is designed to encourage a smooth flow between indoor and outdoor spaces through courtyards, terraces, and arched openings. A central courtyard acts as the heart of the villa, offering shade and comfort in the hot climate. Large windows and double-height spaces maximize natural light and ventilation, minimizing the need for mechanical cooling. The villa design also incorporates passive cooling techniques, ensuring that the building performs optimally in the region's climate
