Unique Properties

Pepsi EXPO 2020 Dubai LTO cans represent a window into the future, envisioning how opportunity, mobility and sustainability converge in a world of different cultures, experiences and backgrounds. With these eye-catching, thought-provoking designs, we are excited to stimulate conversation on a global scale. The brief was to create three limited edition specially themed designs co-branded with Pepsi x Expo, to commemorate Expo 2020 Dubai and the three subthemes of opportunity, mobility and sustainability.

Inspiration

The abstract compositions feature vibrant illustrations around a stylized central figure that have been deliberately kept flat to encourage open-ended imagination. The design recognizes how the future could look very different from one person to another, and every subtheme embedded in each design tells a unique story based on different cultures, experiences and backgrounds.

Project Overview

PepsiCo Design and Innovation Beverage has been a Platinum winner in the Packaging Design award category in the year 2020 organized by the prestigious A' Design Award & Competition. The Platinum A' Design Award is recognized for honoring designs that stand at the forefront of creativity and innovation. It is the highest accolade bestowed by the A' Design Awards, acknowledging works that blend remarkable innovation with impactful societal contributions. These designs not only showcase exceptional artistic and technical proficiency but also highlight their creators' commitment to advancing the boundaries of art, science, design, and technology. Recipients of this award are celebrated for their role in shaping the aesthetics and trends of our time, contributing significantly to the enhancement of quality of life and promoting sustainable development.
