The challenge was to balance industrial heritage preservation, environmental sustainability, and interactive design. The project integrates digital tools without disrupting the park’s ecological goals, embedding carbon saving incentives into daily activities. Ensuring accessibility for diverse users was also critical. By merging gamified engagement, augmented reality storytelling, and real time pathfinding, Timeless Grove offers a scalable model for interactive and sustainable urban spaces.

Operation Flow
Visitors scan a quick response code at the park entrance to activate a personalized experience. The app provides smart path recommendations using augmented reality assisted navigation. Augmented reality overlays past industrial structures onto the landscape, visualizing the transformation of the site. Users engage in gamified eco challenges such as walking, waste sorting, and plant recognition, earning carbon points based on their reduced carbon footprint. These points can be redeemed for rewards within the park or used for discounts at participating merchants.

Timeless Grove explores how digital interaction and ecological strategies can transform former industrial sites into sustainable public spaces. Through user journey mapping, environmental studies, and behavioral analysis, the project demonstrates how gamified incentives encourage green behaviors.
