Which came first: the chicken or the egg? That's the first question that usually has to be answered, but in this case there was another question too. When you want to taste a classic product in an unexpected and different way, what do you need? Well, first of all, an unexpected presentation that can stand out. That is what had to be created for the Avgoulakia brand, through a creative concept that could convey the uniqueness of the brand in a modern, different and playful way.

Design Challenge
Creating an original Sales Kit that would stand out and make the difference. That sense of exclusivity was the guiding star during the research and competition mapping and analysis period.
Project Duration
The project began in 2018 and finished in 2019 in Athens, Greece.
Operation Flow
Which came first: the chicken or the egg? In this sales kit, the chickens definitely steal the show! Enchanted by the power of stories, a visual narrative about chickens with interesting and unusual qualities was created. There is Captain Mahe for free range eggs, Madame Coco for bio eggs and Miss Nelly for barn laid eggs. That’s their story. A story about some heroines and creators that decided to play outside the box! A story about eggs, aka a commodity product, which became a totally unexpected, playful and branded experience.

Avgoulakia Sales Kit has been a Iron winner in the Graphics, Illustration and Visual Communication Design award category in the year 2020 organized by the prestigious A' Design Award & Competition.
