The product packaging box I designed is a package of pastries, which is used as a gift to families with children 2 to 3 years old at the festival. It is inspired by the building blocks, and the monster's features are designed on the surface of the "building blocks". The packaging box can be recycled and turned into building blocks.
Over-packing, green, building blocks, children,
The project started in Xiamen, China in April 2019 and was completed in Chengdu, China in January 2020.
When eating the cakes inside, the packaging box can be recycled and used as a toy for children.
Overpacking is very serious in China, especially the packaging of some gift boxes. The packaging of many gift boxes greatly exceeds their use value, and many merchants will increase the price of goods by attaching materials to the packaging of the goods in order to make huge profits.
Overpacked Package has been a Bronze winner in the Packaging Design award category in the year 2019 organized by the prestigious A' Design Award & Competition.
