Production Technology

From design concept to finished property, the building process is efficient, environmentally responsible, and sustainable. Factory-built quality, high-speed assembly, and system integration are hallmarks of this turn-key modernization.
Design Challenge
The biggest challenge for this project was collecting, formatting, and processing the information for this complex house, including engineering developments, patents, and inventions. All the book content, including photos, visualizations, texts, diagrams, and illustrations, was created from scratch by a team from five different countries. Only one printing house agreed to produce this oversized, handcrafted book.
Project Duration
The project started in November 2019 and was completed in December 2020 in New York City, USA.
Operation Flow
Metaphoric representation of the eco-friendly, sustainable building materials are beautifully paired with illustrations from nature and described.
Research
The objective was to create self-sufficient building technology and publish the results. The research broadened into an analysis of the net-zero energy building market and the possibility of entering the global market. Development and prototyping of the houses using three-dimensional information models of all the engineering systems and equipment were completed. For over 5 years, a highly qualified team has been formed, and patents and copyrights were obtained for intellectual property.
Inspiration
The pen is said to be mightier than the sword - meaning communicating ideas is powerful. Writing engages people, inspires imagination, and leaves traces in their lives. When remarkable ideas challenge tradition, they leave a mark on society in a way that commands respect. This oversize book feels heavy, like the weighing crisis of global warming. The imposing size reflects the profound responsibility of the project.
