Tea Packiging for Viktoriia Korytina
For this project the vivid and warm colors were chosen to reinforce the association with childhood. For each type of tea, its own color scheme was worked out in order to make it easier for customers to separate them. The inspiration for this project was Totoro, a spirit that protects and cares for children. He became the prototype of our heroes, so that they visually reflect Totoro, which is why consumers have an association with kindness and childish happiness. The Kind Tea is a charitable project in support of all patients with Duchenne muscular dystrophy.

Inspired by these brave little entrepreneurs, we created a colorful package with a cute character. It symbolizes the whole joyful and carelessness of childhood. There are three flavors of the tea, which correspond to three colors. And each taste has a winter version of the packaging.
charity, children, childhood, hero, little, Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, kind, genetic.
In our work, we paid attention to create the simplest and the most economical way of producing and collecting packages. Because we understood that the guys would have to do it on their own.
The most difficult proccess was an analysis of project`s audience. It was needed to develop the proper visual concept that would be understandable to the audience of the project. Also, the visual solution has to reflect the main idea (the tea was made by sick children) and has not to be pessimistic in the same time.
We joined the project in January 2021 and the guys still work for now
But our work does not end only with the development of packaging design. We decided to help Misha and Max with sales as well. Therefore, we communicate with coffee houses, dental offices, medical centers, local stores, beauty centres etc. in order to asked them to put the Kind Tea for sale. Because the more people realize the problem, the faster ways will be found to solve it. You should notice that even now, this terrible disease cannot be cured. The Kind Tea is a charitable project in support of all patients with Duchenne muscular dystrophy. This fundraising is for two boys from Ukraine. Let’s do more good deeds together and take care of the younger generation. After all, they are our future!
Our life is a vivid adventure in which each part is so exciting! Every day we discover the world, learn new things, meet interesting people, fall in love, laugh, do stupid things, travel, eat and enjoy every moment. But unfortunately, some of us can never understand all the sweets of life. They live only childhood. They are boys with an incurable disease, that is Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. This genetic disorder destroys young muscles, and children with this diagnosis hardly reach even adulthood. It spreads mainly among boys and is congenital. That is why it is so important to fill their lives with beauty, hapiness and other positive emotions. We started this project for two friends whose names are Misha and Max. The boys are from Kharkive, Ukraine and they also experience the fight against the desease. However Duchenne muscular dystrophy does not frighten them at all. Together they went into business. Now boys produce tasty natural tea to raise money for their rehabilitation and help their parents. Inspired by these brave little entrepreneurs, we created a colorful package with a cute character. It symbolizes the whole joyful and carelessness of childhood. There are three flavors of the tea, which correspond to three colors. And each taste has a winter version of the packaging.
To bring awareness and understanding to Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, Wishnia Design created Kind Tea for two boys fighting the disease. The packaging design reflects the carefree attitude of the boys, and each flavor is represented through a different joyful color palette. Despite the brand fighting for a heavy topic, using imagery that young boys can relate to and have fun with is inspiring. It showcases their tough dispositions in an understated manner.
This project was made by our in-house team of Wishnia agency.
