Production Technology

The label adopts advanced adagio printing technology, using environmentally friendly water-based ink. Greatly reduce the label production process of pollution emissions. fully closed water source protection area, to ensure pollution-free water source. The use of advanced blowing, filling and rotating production line, high cleanliness of the filling environment, to ensure that the filling process clean pollution-free.

Design Challenge

1. Label In order to visually best present the black rock texture, white dot texture and gold stripe texture, we finally chose the Pearlized BOPP. The upper part shows the brand visual symbol "stone", and the lower part shows the stone texture of the bottle body. 2. Bottle Bottle design through the depiction of stone structure, based on the design of triangular surface, forming a contrast between the upper and lower . overall showing the harmony of the overall design, making the edge surface not too rough, while ensuring the aesthetic feeling and grip comfort.

Project Duration

The project started in OCT 2020, and completed in July, 2021. The design was completed in December, 2021. The production location is Dali and Laoshan.

Operation Flow

From the bottle design, the ore cutting design fully shows the aesthetic feeling, but also to ensure the user's comfortable grip. In addition, "UCON" in Chinese named with social constitution, is a natural "social currency", focusing on the young . There are stories, can quickly form a social topic among young people.

Research

Memory come from the subtraction of visalization, the birth of label "stone".Minimalism is deep in Chinese culture. We found that the "stone" is not only meets the needs of identification, but also perfectly interprets the brand story of "Every drop of water is naturally filtered through underground deep ore". Subtraction could make memorisation, the white space is a powerful attitude. This attitude is reflected in the name of our product as well as in the new generation of consumers.

Inspiration

Purified water by stones,Ore is the best proof of good water The soft water is filtered through dense layers of hard ore After absorbing mineral ions from the ore, it gushes out of the ground. It becomes a real high quality natural mineral water. In chinese fengshui theory, stone is naturally exist , absorb the essence of the sun and the moon In thousand years, people admire stone and obtained energy from the spiritual stone ,"Stone" also means avoid disasters , turn misfortune to lucky
