Production Technology

Design Challenge
For the old man, to break the traditional form of particles in the packing of the drugs and use that for drugs in the elderly is easy to identify, easy to take, the innovative use of water transparency, fusion function of magnifying glass, make old people don't use the small text on the external tool can directly read the instructions.Difficulty is in the middle of the zoom function part of the actual sealing and circular modelling for certain waste of space.
Project Duration
Projektdauer is 3 weeks.The project started in February 2017 in Wuhan University of Technologyand finished in march 2017 in Wuhan University of Technology.
Operation Flow
when once two grains be taken，direct break a disc and the foil also will be torn, when Taking a single grain, from the cutting line broken, number will be destroyed at the same time, reminding still need take one more pill today.When you need to read the instructions information, the middle of the transparent part can be used directly as a magnifying glass.

Inspiration
This is a drug package designed for the old man.The shapeof the design is inspired by flowers,and the motive is I want to help my grandfather to take medicine more convenient. The old man due to age and body, hand function degradation, their fingers is flexible, hard to tear tin foil and taking drugs;Can't see the instructions because of eyes degradation and presbyopia;Memory degradation,always forget whether to take any medicine or how many pills to take, etc.So I want to design a drug packaging, on the premise of not to raise the cost of production, to facilitate the old man to use.
