Production Technology

The ring box is made of resin,painted on the outside,simple in shape,and easy to mold using the mold.

Design Challenge

We have some problems in terms of structure,but in the end we solved this problem with the help of others and can present the original concept smoothly.Considering the user's use environment,in order to make the "Proposed person" have more emotional experience,it took a little time to deal with the details of the opening,making it appear "as if something is about to appear",enhancing the expectation .

Project Duration

The project began in Guangzhou in April 2019,completed in Guangzhou in May 2019,and exhibited at Design China Beijing in September 2019.

Operation Flow

The ring is slowly raised by rotating the bottom part,and the baffle is slowly removed.It lengthens the sense of expectation.With the ring's final appearance this subtle emotional change is pulled to a climax.

Research

At present,the ring box concept on the market is relatively old,and there is no update,but modern people are pursuing higher emotional demands while satisfying functions.The traditional ring box is open and closed,and the ring is presented in an instant.The stage ring box we designed is to make the ring rise slowly by rotating the base,prolonging the time of this moment.In this way,the sacredness and ritual feeling of this moment can be better strengthened. This product changes the way the ring is presented,making the scene of "marriage proposal" richer and more emotional.

Inspiration

At present,the concept of ring box on the market is relatively old,and there is no update,but modern people are pursuing higher emotional needs while satisfying functions.We strengthen the sacred feeling of the moment of marriage by changing the way of opening the ring box.A sense of ritual.
