Environmental protection, Green, Innovative, Fashionable, Modern Chinese style
The box design uses low-cost environmental protection degradable raw materials. The bottle is made of White Porcelain. The shape of the wooden bottle cap comes from the traditional paper fan, which is decorated with small metal fish. Recycled pulp is used as raw material for outer box packaging and the inner tray, and one-step molding process is used, and the bottle's relief shape juts out from the cover. traditional water pattern is used on the surface with three small fish bulging on both sides, which echoes the design of the bottle body. The box was tied with straw rope, and a metal fish hung on the front straw rope. The inner tray also uses recycled pulp, traditional water pattern is used on the surface with three small fish bulging on both sides, which echoes the design of the bottle body. The design breaks the traditional Baijiu packaging impression, which has the industry innovation, and tries to create high-end product image with low cost environmental protection materials.
How to use low-cost, not that delicate materials to present the packaging gracefully, and it can reduce the later production process and labor costs, this is the biggest problem we have overcome.
The project started in June 2020 in Beijing and finished in December 2020 in Shijiazhuang.
When you finish this bottle of Baijiu, the bottle could be used as vase, or just as a decoration. The box could be used as a storage box of small daily necessities.
The Chinese pronunciation of "surplus"and "fish" both called "Yu", "Surplus year after year" is a good wish in Chinese traditional culture. It means to wish every year's harvest can have surplus, which stands for a rich family and a happy life. The fan cap is also a form of expression of Chinese painting and calligraphy art. Our client wants to produce a low-cost, targeting high-end consumer groups and modern Chinese style product. Therefore, the design creativity comes into being.
